How can i take only one page from a word document. For example i have a
document with 100 pages, and i want to take anly page 55 to another

No. Copy/paste is the only way.

Greetings--
You can use "drag & drop" from one Word document to another, using the
document tabs on the Windows taskbar to bring the target document to the
foreground. Here is how to proceed:
1. Select the text (page) to copy/cut from the source document.
2. Click in the selected text while holding both the "Ctrl" key and the
mouse button down.
Note that this is if you want to "copy" the source text. If you want
to "cut" the original selection (remove it from the source document), don't
hold the "Ctrl" key down. Only hold down the mouse button.
3. "Drag" the mouse cursor onto the target document tab on the Windows
taskbar. Hold it there a moment until the target document gets displayed in
Word.
4. Still holding down the "Ctrl" button and the mouse button, "drag" the
mouse cursor to the spot where you want to insert the source text.
5. Release the mouse button, then the "Ctrl" key. Word will automatically
insert the source text where you "dropped" it.
