Default Word 2003 - Track Changes/Adding Comment

I made a comment (balloon) right underneath a table. However, because the
balloon appears in the right margin it is throwing off my right margin. This
document is justified left and right and I do not want the balloon to change
my margin. Is there a way to move the balloon with the comment in it?

Default Word 2003 - Track Changes/Adding Comment

Hi windsong

No, you can't move the balloon. You can, however, do Tools Options Track
Changes and turn off the use of balloons. But in order for the balloon to
fit on the page (for printing) it must, necessarily, squish up your text.

Hope this helps.
