{PAGE}
When i hit "insert" - "page numbers" - "top of page" it inserts a header and
within the header it says {PAGE}. i am unable to get the numbers to appear. the {PAGE} appears at the top of the header at every page. How do i get the numbers to appear? |

hit alt-F9 to show field results instead of field codes.
