Batch change Word docs WITHOUT macro?
Hi Graham. I'd already seen your very helpful site during my earlier
search. Thanks a lot! I guess I'll brush up on my VB skills. - Andrew. On Mar 31, 1:07*am, "Graham Mayor" wrote: It can't be done in Word without macros - seehttp://www.gmayor.com/batch_replace.htm. I suspect it cannot be done in previously created PDF files at all. The images are a different issue. If you can come up with a means of identifying which images (particularly if they vary between documents) then it *may* be possible to handle the graphics also. SnagIt's printer capture driver is a handy way of creating PDF files based on graphical representations of the documents so that redacted text cannot be restored by the user from the PDF. -- Graham Mayor - *Word MVP My web sitewww.gmayor.com Word MVP web sitehttp://word.mvps.org |
