I'm writting my thesis and have 4 chapters in separate files, each with it's
own reference list (formed using numbered paragraphs and Word 2003's cross
reference to numbered paragraphs tool). I'm now trying to put the four files
together, but my references are getting messed up (ie, chapter 2's
hyperlinked references now link to random paragraphs in chapter 1 instead of
the proper numbered paragraphs in chapter 2). This happens regardless of
whether I use copy, cut, or insert file.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
