Default How do I make a heading from an existing Word document?

I'm trying make a heading that will go on any document I choose. I already
have the one I want made out on a MS Word document, but I don't know how to
make it a heading, if it's possible. I'd like to learn how, so I don't have
to continually make the same one on each document. It's for a small business
that I am secretary of.
