Default how can i aline the text within a paragraph to be equal (justify.

ANYONE WHO CAN HELP
HOW CAN I ALINE THE TEXT WITHIN PARAGRAPHS TO BE EQUAL ON ALL SIDES?

THE ONLY HELP I CAN FIND SAYS TO USE THE FORMAT BAR AND GO TO JUSTIFY;
BUT IF WAS FOR WORD 2003 AND I USE WORD THAT CAME WITH XP HOME EDITION, AND
I CAN NOT FIND THE JUSTIFY IN MY EDITION OF WORD.
