how do I make a letter on letterhead that I can e-mail as a messa.
How can I create a letter on letterhead or stationary that will appear on
e-mail as a message, without having to send it as an attachment? |

I don't believe this is possible.

And even if it was, you have absolutely no control over the way recipients
view their e-mail messages.
