Default Templates

To add to what g-n-o has said, although you can't actually add them to the
installed templates (by saving in the same folder), you can make them appear
on the same tabs. For example, if you want a downloaded template to appear
on the Letters & Faxes tab, create a subfolder of your user templates folder
called Letters & Faxes and put the template there. It will appear along with
the MS-supplied templates on that tab.
