error message says "works cannot open doc settings...file format not supportd
by any installed converters"....what does this mean and how do I fix it....it
happens when I try to send an attachment in email

Is this Works? Works has its own forums. This one is for Word. If not, what
*exactly* are you trying to do and when *exactly* does the error appear.
