Does anyone know of the ASCII code to tab to the next column and to move to
the next row?

Any help would be much appreciated,

no ascii-code at all, IMHO.

Selection.TypeText Chr$(9) ' inserts a tab in the cell
Selection.MoveRight Unit:=wdCell ' moves to the next cell
