I have a cookbook with two levels for a TOC. Top level is for the food
groups (Bread, Vegetables, Entree, etc.) and the second level is for the individual recipes in the food groups. I want page one to be the heading for the first food group (Appetizers"). When I create the TOC, however, page one is the first page of the TOC (there are four pages in the TOC) and the Heading for the first food group is therefore page 5. |
