Default Show top border Word chart (already selected)

I have an embedded chart in a Word document. I have selected all of the
borders, but the top one is not showing. When I try to draw a line to
complete the borders, that doesn't show up either. What do I need to do to
make the borders show?

Hi ?B?Sm9ic05a?=,

Does the border appear if you actually print the document? Sometimes, lines
won't show on-screen (problem with the zoom and/or graphics card driver), but
are on the print-out.
