Default How do I format a document to have 25 lines on a page?

I need to have 25 lines on my manuscript pages, no more, no less. How do I
do this. I get 23.

This requires a combined adjustment of margins and line spacing. See

Suzy and Jay,

Thanks for the link. I'll check it out. I manage to tweak my ms to get the
required 25 lines per page in time for submission.
