Default Track Changes: CHANGE red as first default color in documents edi.

Red is the default color for the first editor of a multiple-editor document;
but red is also the color used to underline spelling errors. So the first
author -- the one first correcting the spelling errors -- has difficulty
seeing what she's doing. Suggestion --drop red altogether as a default
editing color (it reminds us all too much of our school days and the
teacher's evil red pen anyway...!)
