When forwarding or creating an email, how do I hide the recipients names from
being viewed by other recipients???

I'll assume you're using Outlook (which also means you should have
posted your question in an Outlook newsgroup and not a Word group).

On the View menu, click Bcc Field. Type the names in that field
instead of the To field.

Historical note: "Bcc" is an abbreviation for "blind carbon copy", a
throwback to typewriter days.
