Combine Mail Merge records when different records have 1 common fi
How to combine separate records that have common data in one filed into one
letter. Example: Two separate records that have the same data in an "address 1" field but different data in a "dollar amount" field. The merged letter would have the "address 1" appear once (combined) at the top of the letter with the "dollar amount" data from both records appearing somewhere in the body of the letter stacked one on top of the other. This one letter would replace the need for two separate merged letters to the same "address 1". |
