Data in columns i.o. rows
Hi,
I have set up a mail merge document which reads its data from Excel rows. As there is much data needed for each record I have changed the column widths so that more columns can appear at the same time on the screen. The students asked if it is possible to put the data in columns i.o. rows, so the headers will be in column 1 and the date in column 2. Is this possible? Example: 1st column 2nd column Name Lupe Address 326th NW Street Birthdate 14 August 1962 etc. etc. |
