Disregard MS instruct...How to remove Trackchange mark permantly
In pre-2007, if the check-mark doesn't appear on the Reviewing toolbar
because there isn't room for it, then it's hiding under the down-arrow at the right of the toolbar. Once you've used it, it'll displace something else on the toolbar. To locate it click the Office Button, point to Prepare, and then click Inspect Document. If you are using a previous version the Accept command should be next to the Reject command. Accept All or Reject All can be found by clicking the arrow next to the Accept or Reject command. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Beth Melton Microsoft Office MVPhttps://mvp.support.microsoft.com/profile/Melton What is a Microsoft MVP? *http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/gp/mvpfaqs Guides for the Office 2007 Interface:http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tr...295841033.aspx "MichaelJMing" wrote in message ... I've tried to follow "How do I get rid of my revisions?" in MSW Trackchange but all I can find is "Reject Change" and no "Accept Change". Is their a simpler method to delete all the markups and comments and to forward via email the final document without the markups appearing once again? I've yet to figure that one out.
