The Collate function under Printing worked great with Word XP, but my new
computer has Word 2003, and the Collate function will not work. I check the
Collate box, but it does nothing. Has anyone been able to Collate in Word

this kind of thing usually turns out to be a problem with the printer driver.
So the first thing you should do is check on your printer manufacturer's
website for a newer version and install it.
