How do I change the page order within word like powerpoint?

If each page starts with a heading at the same level, use Outline view
and collapse the display to that level; then you can drag the headings up and down, and the text under the headings will be carried along. If that isn't the case, then you'll have to use cut & paste. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
