Default How do I remove a template that appears on screen each time open W

Each time I open word, instead of the screen appearing as a blank white
document, a pronunciation table is on the screen. I have to highlight it and
delete it each time I use word. How can I return to the original setting of
having a blank screen appear when I open word?
