??? Sorry, don't follow. Where is the .dot file? I apologize but as I
said,
I'm a newbie. But I do thank you for trying to help me.

message news Got it! Thanks, Suzanne!!! I was able to move them to a word doc and
print
them. I'd also like to somehow move them to another computer now but am
not
sure how to do that part. (Please keep in mind that I'm pretty new to
all
this stuff!)

You need to download the AutoCorrect.zip file and use the utility
provided.
Forget about the other methods.

message news I tried opening C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033.MSO.ACL
but
it said there was no program available to open it. I looked around
online
a

I also tried adding an AutoCorrect entry and then searching for it

nothing turned up.

Thanks again for trying to help me!

They do not address Word 2003, only previous versions. But I'm
no
computer genius (by a long shot!!) so maybe I just don't know
how
to
adapt the instructions from Method 1 for my version . . . can
anyone
tell me a step-by-step way to do this? Thanks, Greg, for
answering!
