Default Endnote reference in a footnote

Hi. I have a document that contains both endnotes (bibliographic citations)
and a few footnotes (comments on the text). I would like to insert endnote
references into a footnote, so that the footnote refers to the relevant
bibliographic entries. Is there a way to insert an endnote reference into a
footnote?
Thanks in advance.

I think you'd need to insert it manually, as a final editing step (after all
the bibliographic citations have been inserted).
