Default Index & Bibliography

We create Dossiers and are trying to get the bibliography to work after each
section instead of at the very end of the document. Are unable at do so.
Anyone have any suggestions? We need to keep as one document due to the
indexing, etc.

Also, has anyone every had problems with using endnote for the bibliography.
We had a major melt down in 2003 regarding the two. So people here are
afraid to use endnote for bibliographies in word. Any advice in this area to
share that will take away the fears?
