Default Track Changes

Whith track changes ON, I want to "not show" format changes. Everytime I open
my doc I have to turn it off. How do I make it "stick" so that it is off
whenever I open the doc? I know you can do this because I did it to one
document last week but I forgot what I did.

Accept all changes made to the document.
