Hi Carmen,
Change the paragraph line spacing to 'single', via Format|Paragraph. Cheers -- macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] ------------------------- "Carmen" wrote in message ... And if you sant single-spacing to apply to all new documents, click the
Default button on the Paragraph dialog, then confirm changes to the Normal template. -- TedMi |
