I am working on a 190 page document. I want to change the format on this
document so every odd page has 2 columns and add a blank 1 column page every other page (as the even numbered page.) can anyone help with this, please?! -- Abby |

There's no way to do this without having section breaks between pages, which
is going to be an extremely difficult format to maintain. Why not just print the document single-sided, leaving the backs of the pages blank? You can change the page numbers so that they advance by twos. -- Suzanne S. Thanks Suzanne, it's an idea, but someone else in the team has had the
brilliant idea of adding diagrams to the blank pages...thank god it's not possible, i can finally go to sleep! -- Abby "Suzanne S. I'm not saying that it's impossible--just way more trouble than it's likely
to be worth. For this type of layout you really need page layout software (even something as basic as Publisher), which allows you to set up each page separately and use linked text boxes to connect the text on the odd pages so it can flow around the graphics on the even pages. -- Suzanne S.
