How can I retrieve this file: ~WRD0954.doc
I have lost one of my .doc files , I find the file ~WRD0954.doc, however when
I tried to open it, it changes to some characters that are not recognizable. |

How can I retrieve this file: ~WRD0954.doc
That is a temp file, not an actual document file.
