Default filling a document with fake text

I was at an Office training where the teachers used a combination of
keystrokes to fill a Word document with "pretend text" for demonstration
purposes. How did they do that?

What did the "pretend text" say? In Word, if at the beginning of
a paragraph you type:

=rand(5,10)

and press the Enter key, you will get 5 paragraphs of 10
sentences each, with each sentence being "The quick brown fox
jumps over the lazy dog." The numbers 5 and 10 can be replaced
with any numbers you want.

Another way is to create an AutoText entry in Word that contains
whatever "pretend text" you want. For example, I created an
AutoText entry named "lorem" that contains the following two
paragraphs:

blandit praesent luptatum zzril delenit augue duis dolore te
feugait nulla facilisi. Nam liber tempor cum soluta nobis
eleifend option congue nihil imperdiet doming id quod mazim
placerat facer possim assum."

In Word 2007 =rand() produces different text (not quick brown foxes), and
=lorem() will produce lorem ipsum text.
