Default Always leave blank rows in a table regardless of rows in source do

Hello,

I am trying to create a Word mailmerge document that has a table displaying
lines from a source document. There are 10 rows in the table and I would
like for the last 5 rows to alway be blank regardless of the number of
records in my source document. For example, if my source document has 12
rows of data I would like for the first page of my merge document to display
the first 5 rows of data followed by 5 blank lines, then the second page to
display the next 5 rows of data followed by 5 blank lines and then the last
page to display the last 2 rows followed by 8 blank lines.

Does anyone know how this could be done?

Thank you very much for your help!

Insert a 10 row table in your mail merge main document and insert the
required merge fields in the first five rows and before the first merge
field in the 2nd thru 5th row, insert a «Next Record» field.

Hope this helps.
