Mail Merge Format Problem
Hi,
I have a mail merge document with the source data coming from an excel spreadsheet. When i attempt to mail merge the d.o.b field (in the excel spreadsheet it will be displayed as 27th January 1986) it displays it in as 1/27/1986 (the american format). I would like it to be displayed either as it is in the spreadsheet or in the english format (that would be 27/01/1986). I tried a switch of /* MERGEFORMAT but that didnt seem to work |

Mail Merge Format Problem
Resolved....
Basically if you press ALT + F9 it shows the mail merge fields. On the end of the date field type in... \@ "dd/mm/yy" This will display the date in order more common to people from the U.K. "RobC" wrote: Hi, I have a mail merge document with the source data coming from an excel spreadsheet.
