Recent Douments disabled
Word 2007, WinXp all updated, stand alone desktop. Sys runs 24/7
Office 2007 SB installed on an account with admin privelidges In Word OptionsAdvanced 'show this number of Recent Documents' is disabled, help tips say 'your admin has disabled this command through group policy' Also auto recover is set to every 10 minutes, but the default location contains no files T/Y |

Its a personal PC, Office 2007 SB was an upgrade of Office 2003 Pro (retail
version) Office 2007 SB was supplied as a free download, with key, from MS as I qualified for such, as a member of a specific MS business group Autorecover - thanks "Jean-Guy Marcil" wrote in message ... Unless that particular build you got has some tweaks for a business environment... I have had difficulties finding information on this particular topic as it relates to Word.
