Inconsistant Format Picture
Why is it that when I right-click on a picture in Microsoft Word 2007 and
select "Format Picture" from the pop-up menu that sometimes I get the worthless Word 2007 "Format Picture" dialog box and other times I get the more powerful Word 2003 "Format Picture" dialog box? What is causing this inconsistancy and how do I get the Word 2003 "Format Picture" dialog box to open all of the time? |
