Default OL03 with OL97-02 Format?

I am using OL 2003 on XP. It has become very slow and I have tried various
things to speed it up (deleting old mail, archiving, compacting, etc.)
Finally thought I would try recreating my profile.

But when I checked the properties / advanced of my current Personal Folder,
it shows the Format as Personal Folders File (97-2002). What gives?

I'm uncertain of how to proceed now.
