Default How do I create a merge template that sets a filename.

I have a Template that prints a form letter. I would like to save the
resultant form letter with a unique name, and pass that unique name on
to Acrobat so the PDF version will also be the same. I don;t want the
user to have to enter this name - I want it to be generated from the
"Company Name" merge variable with a prefix - for example: "Partner
Welcome Letter - Joes Company.doc" and "Partner Welcome Letter - Joes
Company.pdf"

This is quite tricky to do as the field data is no longer present once the
merge has completed, but one possible method is suggested at
