Jumping from one numbered paragraph to another
Hello,
At work (I am a translator) I always deal with word documents that have predetermined styles, i.e. I must use only these styles. The style that is most frequently used is the one with which each paragraph of the text is formatted. This style, among others, assigns each paragraph a number (from 1 to...) As a result, more than 90% of my text is made of these numbered paragraphs. I need your help with this: Is it possible to make a tool that takes me to whichever paragraph I want? For example, I translate a text that has 300 paragraphs (numbered from 1 to 300), I am working on paragraph 250 and I want to go to paragraph 100 without scrolling. Is this possible ? If you need, I can send you a document to check. Thanks in advance Last edited by ckak3001 : January 31st 11 at 03:38 PM Reason: Add attachment |
