Default Annoying Word Installer roblem

Every time a client loads Word from Windows XP it tells them it is preparing
to install. This shows up for maybe 5 seconds, then nothing, then it loads
as
normal. No other applications are affected.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled bu it stays the same

Thanks

I have found it happens wherever she logs in but doesn't happen to anybody
else so is more likely a profile problem but i still can't isolate it
