Default I want to use Word2003 to print out a report of Access2003.

Because Word2003 allows printing on both
sides of the paper.

Please help, Frank

That is really a function of the printer that you are using. Use the
properties of the printer to set two sided printing as the default, possibly
installing a second copy of the printer so that you can switch between
single sided and double sided just by changing the printer.

Thank you. We solved it by downloading a
piece of freeware called "pdf995"
http://www.pdf995.com/pdfedit.html
which allows a virtual printer to appear in
the printer dialogue box, so giving an output
in a *.pdf file (Adobe) from with we can
select odd/even pages for printout.

We have to print on both sides of the paper
manually.
