Default START PAGE NUMBERING ON THE FOURTH PAGE WITH THE NUMBER ONE

I want to insert page numbers beginning with page four as number 1 I have
tried a section break but stll cannont achieve result.

Default START PAGE NUMBERING ON THE FOURTH PAGE WITH THE NUMBER ONE

In Section 2, View | Header and Footer. If you want the first three pages
blank (no page number), click on Same As Previous or Link to Previous on the
Header and Footer toolbar to turn it off. Then click Format Page Number and
choose Start at 1.
