Please can someone let me know how to create hyperlinks in dropdown boxes.
I can get the dropdown box, but I cant link the options to other documents.

You can't do it. Dropdowns only hold text.

You could give the impression of a hyperlink by applying the Hyperlink style
and putting some code behind the dropdown to jump to the address but the
dropdown itself would only contain text.
