Default missing table lines

I want to print the border of the tables. I have even try changing color and
line sizes etc. It showed in the preview window. But it will not print out.
All table borders does not show up when the document is printed.

Any idea how I can solve this problem?

Table gridlines never print. If you want printed lines around
your table cells, then select the table and apply borders by
clicking on Format | Borders and Shading | Borders.
