Designing forms
Hi ?B?Y2FudGdldGl0?=,
I have managed to design a form and now want to include drop down boxes. Is there any way to increase the length of the line in the drop down box. I want to make 3 options two fit in the space but one doesn't A drop-down box from the Forms toolbar cannot break across to a new line, so the space is, in this respect, strictly limited. I believe there's also a limit on the number of characters, and this cannot be changed, either. There's a workaround described in this article, that uses a UserForm (dialog box) to display the list or dropdown, and put the user's selection in a textbox: WD2000: How to Create a Combo Box Containing More Than 25 Items http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;198561 Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |
