Form field entry extends field beyond page margin
I have a form field that should allow for entering about 3 lines of text on a
letter sized page. When text is entered into the field in the protected form, the text keeps on going way beyond the right hand margin and the edge of the paper, a line break is eventually put in, but the text is not readable. I have tried the field with limited entry size and with unlimited size, the field just as normal text or as a field within a table. The behavior seems the same. Is there any way to force a line break at the margin of the page? I have looked at various suggestions to deal with entries that change the layout of the form because they run on and on, but nothing seems applicable. Thanks in advance. |

Is the field inside a table cell? If so, word wrap could have been turned off
for the cell. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "TC2004" wrote: I have a form field that should allow for entering about 3 lines of text on a letter sized page. It seems that it was data entry error. I tested the field by entering
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..., however, when individual words are entered, the line break happens automatically at the margin. Thanks. "Stefan Blom" wrote: Is the field inside a table cell?
