Allow Table Contents to Continue on Next Page
Hi There,
I have a Word doc (obviously) that I am working on. I have created a table that has many rows and is 3 column wide. The problem that I have is that the text that I type disappears off the bottom of the page and does not reappear on the next page. How do you allow for cells to span multiple pages? Thanks! |

That symptom usually indicates that the table is "floating" instead of "in-line". Go to Table Table Properties, click the None button in the Text Wrapping section, and click OK. That should cure it. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
