table of contents level display
I have a master document which is composed of subdocuments which are all
designed around a similar template to document processes. Each subdocument has a title that either uses Heading 1 for a primary subject, or Heading 2 if the subject is an elaboration of the primary topic. When I build the table of contents, Word displays my entries as such Processes................................. 3 Process ................................ 4 Adding a Process ................... 4 Process ............................... 5 Updating the Master Doc........ 5 What I want to display is this: Processes ................................ 3 Adding a Process.................... 4 Updating the Master Doc......... 5 I dont understand why it is adding the extra line that says Process before each Heading 2 entry. |
