Can you use a whole page to create quarter-page cards in Word?
I'm trying to create message cards in Microsoft Word, and I'd like to have
each sized at approximately 1/4 page (horizontal orientation). Even with resetting the margins in "page setup," I can't seem to make the content appear in true quarter page quadrants. Those on top have lots of space at the bottom; those on the second row have space at the bottom. Can anyone help? Thanks! Darla |

I take it you're using a table? Have you tried setting the vertical
alignment in the cells to Center? Better still, use the Avery label definition for 3263 - Post Card in Tools | Envelopes and Labels, which will provide just the layout you are looking for. -- Suzanne S. Thanks, Suzanne -- this worked like a charm (using the Avery label). I'd used
a table in a plain document, but the postcard settings were more appropriate as you suggested. Thanks from one AL resident to another! Darla (BusterKeaton) "Suzanne S.
