I've typed a 7 page document and in trying to get the page numbers inserted,
it omits numbering page 2. I've selected to not number the first page, but I
can't get page 2 to show on the bottom of the page no matter what I try.

How many Sections does this document have?

What steps did you use to insert the page numbers? (Word has two different
methods for this, and we need to know which you used)

Finally, it never hurts to know which version of Word is involved in a problem
:-)
