Go to Tools Options Spelling & Grammar, click the Settings button in the Grammar section, and set the Writing Style dropdown to "Grammar & Style". Then go through the list of rules under Style, checking or unchecking each rule according to your preference. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
