certain buttons won't work
I have a slight problem with microsoft word and other such products. When i
try to type in any of these symbols :;"' it won't appear unless i press another key, and when i do the symbol's will appear and not the key. What is going on? how do i fix it? |

certain buttons won't work
I seem to recall that this has something to do with incorrect regional
settings and/or keyboard layout in Windows. tried that... it still doesn't work
